Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of boneless turkey breast
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 cup of chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, sage, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Place the seasoned turkey breast in the slow cooker.

  3. Pour chicken broth over the turkey breast.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. Once cooked, remove the turkey breast from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve the sliced turkey breast with your favorite sides.
