How To Make Slow Cooker Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops on both sides until browned. Transfer to a slow cooker.

Add the sliced onion, sauerkraut, chicken broth, and brown sugar to the slow cooker. Mix well.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
