Ingredients

  • 2 pounds moose roast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Rub the moose roast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

  2. Place the moose roast in a slow cooker and pour beef broth over it.

  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the moose roast is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

  4. Once cooked, remove the moose roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing or shredding.

  5. Serve the slow cooker moose roast hot with your favorite sides.
