How To Make Slow Cooker Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Season the lamb chops with garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the lamb chops on both sides until browned.

Transfer the lamb chops to the slow cooker.

Pour chicken broth over the lamb chops in the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 4 hours.

If desired, thicken the cooking liquid by adding cornstarch dissolved in a small amount of water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

Serve the slow cooker lamb chops with the thickened cooking liquid as a sauce.
