Ingredients

  • 2 pounds London Broil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the London Broil with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Place the London Broil in the slow cooker.

  3. Pour Worcestershire sauce and beef broth over the London Broil.

  4. Add sliced onion, carrots, and celery to the slow cooker.

  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the meat is tender.

  6. Once cooked, remove the London Broil from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes.

  7. Slice the London Broil against the grain and serve with the vegetables and gravy from the slow cooker.
