  • 3 lbs beef roast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the beef roast with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme.

  2. Place the seasoned roast in the slow cooker.

  3. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the roast.

  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
