How To Make Chinese Pork Ribs

  • ¼cupsoy sauce
  • cuporange marmalade
  • 3tbspketchup
  • 1tbsprice wine
  • 1tbspsesame oil
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 3lbspork ribs,bone-in, country style


  1. Combine the soy sauce, marmalade, ketchup, rice wine, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl.

  2. Pour half the sauce into a slow cooker, then top with the ribs. Drizzle with the remaining sauce.

  3. Cover and cook on Low for about 3 hours until the pork is tender.

  4. Thicken the cooking juices in a small skillet over medium heat, if desired.
