Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • Flour tortillas, for serving
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the sliced flank steak, onion, bell pepper, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Stir to combine.

  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the steak is tender.

  3. Once cooked, serve the steak fajitas on flour tortillas and top with your choice of shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

  4. Enjoy your delicious slow cooker steak fajitas!
