How To Make Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, lemon juice, chicken broth, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the lemon garlic sauce over them. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
