How To Make Slow Cooker Cinnamon Almonds
Treat your taste buds to a warm and sweet snack with these crunchy cinnamon almonds! It’s all made in a slow cooker for fuss-free nut roasting.

Ingredients
- 1cupsugar
- 1cupbrown sugar
- 3tbspcinnamon
- ⅛tspsalt
- 1egg white
- 2tspvanilla
- 3cupsalmonds
- ⅛cupwater
Instructions

Mix together in a large bowl sugars, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl with a whisk, mix together the egg white and vanilla until it is frothy. Add the almonds and coat thoroughly.

Prepare the slow cooker by spraying it with cooking spray. Add the cinnamon almond mixture to the almonds and turn it to Low. Stir until the cinnamon sugar mixture is coated well on the almonds.

Cook for 3 to 4 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. In the very last hour, add the water and stir well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the almonds onto the sheet to cool. The almonds should be pretty sticky so be sure to separate them. Let cool.
