
How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas
Enjoy a hassle-free meal with Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas made with lots of bell peppers, onion, Tex-Mex spiced chicken simmered to tender perfection.

Ingredients
- 1red bell pepper,sliced
- 1yellow bell pepper,sliced
- 1green bell pepper,sliced
- 1yellow onion,sliced
- 2lbchicken breast,boneless, skinless, cut in half
- 2tbsptaco seasoning
- 4garlic cloves,diced
- 1lime
- 10oztomatoes with green chiles,canned diced, drained
- flour tortilla
For Optional Toppings:
- cheese
- Sour cream
- guacamole
Instructions

Add half of the sliced peppers and onions to your slow cooker.

Layer the chicken and coat all sides with taco seasoning. Top with garlic, the juice from one lime, and tomatoes.

Add the remaining peppers and onions, then pour in any remaining lime juice.

Cook on High for 3 to 4 hours.

Remove chicken and cut/shred into slices (chicken left longer will tend to shred more – cook to your preference).

Return the sliced chicken to the slow cooker to marinate in the juices on Low for about 10 more minutes until ready to serve.

Assemble Fajitas with cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. Serve.
