Pack a delightfully filling lunch with these Caesar sandwiches filled with slow-cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan between crunchy Hoagie rolls.

Ingredients

  • 6pcschicken thighs,bone in and skin on
  • ¼tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspblack pepper
  • 1cupCaesar dressing
  • 1cupparmesan cheese
  • 6pcshoagie,or Kaiser rolls

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with the salt and pepper.

  2. Place in the slow cooker skin side up.

  3. Cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.

  4. Remove from the slow cooker and take the skin and bones off the chicken.

  5. In a bowl add the chicken, the dressing and the cheese and mix.

  6. Serve on toasted rolls or hoagie bread.
