
How To Make Slow Cooker Chicken and Mushroom Stroganoff
You only need 5 minutes to prep this slow cooker chicken and mushroom stroganoff dish! This recipe yields a creamy pasta meal anytime.

Ingredients
- 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless, cubed
- 8ozmushrooms,sliced
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- 10½ozcream of chicken soup
- 1¼ozdry onion soup mix,(1 envelope)
- salt and pepper,to taste
- fresh parsley,chopped, for garnish
- 1lblarge egg noodles,for serving
Instructions

Place the chicken in the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker. Add the mushrooms.

In a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and dry onion soup mix. Mix until incorporated and spread on top of chicken and mushrooms.

Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or High for 3 hours.

Serve over noodles, top with fresh parsley and salt and pepper, and enjoy!
