How To Make Slow Cooker Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the cauliflower florets in the slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Pour the cheese mixture over the cauliflower in the slow cooker. Stir to coat the cauliflower evenly.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the cauliflower is tender.
