How To Make Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Hot stews and pot roasts are just some of the deletcable meals you get out of a slow cooker. It takes a bit of patience but it’s worth every meat-melting bite. You’ll enjoy the cooking as well as the eating with these slow cooker recipes.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions

Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

In a medium bowl, mix hot sauce, chicken broth, butter, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.

Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks.

Return the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker and stir it into the buffalo sauce.

Slice the sandwich rolls in half and place provolone cheese on each bottom half.

Broil the rolls in the oven for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Spoon the buffalo chicken onto the bottom half of each roll, and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions, if desired.

Place the top half of the roll on top of the buffalo chicken.
