How To Make Slow Cooker Beef Roast Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a slow cooker, add the sliced onion and minced garlic.

Place the beef roast on top of the onions and garlic.

In a bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, dried rosemary, and dried thyme. Pour the mixture over the beef roast.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.

Once cooked, remove the beef roast from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve the sliced beef roast with the onion and garlic mixture from the slow cooker.
