How To Make Slow Cooker Apple Cider Pulled Pork
Pulled pork covered with lots of onions, apple cider, cinnamon, and flavorful spices then cooked in a slow cooker for a delicious dish.

Ingredients
- 3½lbpork shoulder
- 1white onion,thinly sliced, small
- 1cupapple cider,homemade or store-bought
- ¼cupapple cider vinegar
- ¼cupbrown sugar
- 2tspcinnamon,ground
- 2tspkosher salt
- 1tspblack pepper
- 1bay leaf
Instructions

Place half of the onions in the slow cooker. Set pork on top of onions then cover the pork with remaining onions.

In a separate bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients. Pour on top of pork and onions.

Cook in the slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or until the pork is cooked and pulls apart easily with a fork.

Shred pork using two forks then toss once more in the juices so that it is coated. Serve warm.
