How To Make Ham and Beans Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound of ham, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of dried white beans, soaked overnight and drained
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, sauté the ham, onion, and garlic until the onion is translucent.

Add the soaked beans, chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper to the pot. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours or until the beans are tender.
