How To Make Easy Chicken Cacciatore

Chicken but cooked in traditional hunter-style. Try this chicken cacciatore at home and capture the classic Italian taste with seasonings and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1mediumwhite onion
  • 1lbroma tomatoes
  • 30ozroasted red peppers,undrained
  • 4clovesgarlic,minced
  • 1jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • 1tsppaprika
  • 1tspgrill seasoning
  • 1tspItalian seasoning
  • pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 1lbegg noodles

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the egg noodles into a slow cooker and stir to combine.

  2. Cover and cook on High for 5 to 6 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours. Season before serving with additional salt and pepper if needed.

  3. Serve over egg noodles.
