How To Make Crispy Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

  • 6ozturkey breast
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcracked black pepper


  1. Add salt and pepper to the turkey, to taste.

  2. Put the turkey skin side up and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours.

  3. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

If there are any issues with the skin crisping, brown the turkey under a broiler, six inches from the heat, for 1 to 2 minutes. Alternatively, let it cook with the top slightly opened for the last hour to let any steam escape.
