  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, garlic, beer, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  2. Stir well to ensure the beef is coated with the mixture.

  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or until the beef is tender.

  4. Serve hot with mashed potatoes or crusty bread.
