How To Make Beef in Beer in the Slow Cooker

- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a slow cooker, combine the beef, onion, garlic, beer, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Stir well to ensure the beef is coated with the mixture.
