- 4cupszucchini,grated
- 1¼cupsHeart Smart Bisquick
- ⅓cuponion,minced
- 3egg whites,large, beaten
- 1egg,large, beaten
- 1tbspolive oil
- ¼cupparmesan cheese,grated
- 1tspkosher salt and fresh black pepper,to taste
- 1tspparsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and pour mixture.

Bake until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
