Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to create a roux.

  3. Gradually whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth and thickened.

  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  5. Fold in the chopped lobster meat until well-coated with the sauce.

  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
