Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  4. In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle it over the casserole.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is heated through.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
