  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender. Drain well.

  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic powder and cook for 1 minute.

  4. Stir in the milk, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  5. In a greased casserole dish, layer the cooked chicken, blanched broccoli, and cauliflower.

  6. Pour the sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
