Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.

  3. Stir in the frozen mixed vegetables, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are heated through.

  4. In a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly.

  5. Top with the mashed potatoes and spread them out to cover the entire dish.

  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
