Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag frozen Tater Tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.

  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess grease.

  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  5. Spread the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef mixture.

  6. Arrange the frozen Tater Tots in a single layer on top of the cheese.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the Tater Tots are golden and crispy.
