Ingredients

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 2 cups of crushed potato chips
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 cup of diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup of diced onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the tuna, crushed potato chips, frozen peas, diced carrots, diced onion, and diced celery.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the tuna mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
