Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups of prepared stuffing
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, prepared stuffing, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
