  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

  4. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.

  5. Pour the melted butter into the batter mixture and stir until well combined.
