Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onions are translucent. Drain excess fat.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add the cooked ground beef and onions to the bowl with the soup mixture and stir until well combined.

  5. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer in a greased baking dish.

  6. Pour the beef and soup mixture evenly over the tater tots.

  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  9. Allow the Tater Tot Bake to cool for a few minutes before serving.
