How To Make Roasted Sweet Potato Casserole with Marshmallow Glaze
You do not have to wait for a big party celebration to make this irresistible and sweet casserole recipe. This is easy-to-make with simple ingredients so you can try your hands on it on any fall get-together.
Ingredients
Casserole:
- cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 6 sweet potatoes, chopped
- salt, to taste
Glaze:
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 cups marshmallows
Instructions
Casserole:

Spray a cooking pan with the cooking spray. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

Toss the chopped potatoes with the salt and butter and spread evenly on a baking dish.

Cook in the oven for roughly an hour or until they’re soft enough to poke with a fork.
Glaze:

While you’re waiting for it to cook, mix together the sugar, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.

Melt the butter and ¼ cup water in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
