The holidays can be a crazy time of year with shopping to be done, preparing for guests and getting kids ready for exams. Ingredients
- baguette, (18 to 24 1-inch slices)
- olive oil, or vegetable oil to brush on bread
- 2 lb Italian-style meatballs, cooked and frozen
- 1 lb onions, frozen, chopped, thawed, and drained
- 1 ½ cups pasta sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
