How To Make Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. Mix well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers, poppy seeds, and melted butter.

Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
