
How To Make Hamburger Potato Casserole
This hamburger potato casserole is an easy-prep dish made with delicious layers of potatoes, onions, rice, and ground beef for a delightful meal.

Ingredients
- 2large russet potatoes,peeled, sliced
- 1onion,thinly sliced
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 1lblean ground beef
- ½cupwhite rice,uncooked
- 15oztomatoes with juice,canned, diced
- 10½ozcondensed beef broth
- 8oztomato sauce
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- ½cupwater,or broth
- salt and pepper,to taste
- dried herbs,to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9×13-inch pan.

Seasoning each layer with salt and pepper; place a layer of potatoes in the pan, then top with garlic powder and a layer of onions.

Place the uncooked ground beef over the potatoes. Sprinkle the rice over top.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Pour the diced tomatoes with juices, tomato sauce, condensed broth, and water over top.

Cover and bake for about 2 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
