How To Make Green Chile Egg Casserole

This filling egg casserole is a combination of Mexican cheese blend, eggs, cottage cheese, and spicy green chiles, for the perfect full meal!

Ingredients

  • 1lbmexican cheese blend,shredded
  • 8eggs
  • 16ozcottage cheese,(1 package)
  • 1cupbaking mix,such as Bisquick®
  • 1cupmilk
  • ½cupmargarine,melted
  • 4ozgreen chilies,(1 can), chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Mix the Mexican cheese blend, eggs, cottage cheese, baking mix, milk, margarine, and green chiles together in a bowl, then transfer to the prepared baking dish.

  3. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until cooked through and bubbling.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
