Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove mushrooms from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, whisk in flour and gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until thickened.

Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Add cooked chicken and mushrooms, then mix well.

Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until fully coated with the sauce.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
