Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (8 count) refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, chicken broth, dried thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

  4. Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange them on top of the chicken mixture.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
