
How To Make Cheesy Twice Baked Potato Casserole

- 6medium potatoes,baked, or boiled
- ¼cupbutter
- 4ozcream cheese,softened
- â…”cupsour cream
- ½cupmilk,or cream, add more or less to taste
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 1tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- 2cupscheddar cheese,shredded
- 2green onions,thinly sliced
- 10bacon slices,cooked, crumbled
- salt and pepper,to taste
For Toppings:
- 1green onion,sliced
- 2bacon slices,cooked, crumbled
- ½cupcheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Mash the warm baked or boiled potatoes with a potato masher. Add the butter, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Mash while adding the milk, a little at a time, until a creamy consistency is reached.

Stir in the garlic powder, parsley, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, salt, and pepper, then spread into a 2-quart casserole dish.

Sprinkle with green onions, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese, then bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the potatoes are hot.
