Ingredients

  • 4 cups Ore-Ida Frozen Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch casserole dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
