
How To Make Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
Bacon, sour cream, potatoes, and cheddar all make this hashbrowns casserole extra special. This is great for changing up your usual potato side dishes.

- 5slicesbacon,cooked, cut into ½-inch pieces
- salt and pepper
- 1pkgfrozen hash browns,thawed and shredded
- 10ozcream of chicken and mushroom,(1 can)
- 1cuplight sour cream
- 1½cupscheddar cheese,shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, bacon, soup, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese. Mix until well combined and spoon into a greased 13×9-inch dish.

Bake for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle on the last of the cheese and cook an additional 10 minutes.
