Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Casserole Recipe

How To Make Cheesy Garlic Cauliflower Casserole

  • 4 cup cauliflower florets (steamed and lightly salted)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Heat butter in a pan and cook the garlic over medium heat for a minute. Whisk in the flour and a bit of salt, then add the heavy cream; stir until well-blended and set aside.

  3. Toss the cauliflower florets into an oiled baking dish and dust with the Parmesan cheese. Pour the garlic-cream mixture over the cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Let cool then serve topped with some freshly ground black pepper.
