How To Make Cheesy Corn

Amp up simple chips and appetizers with this cheesy corn casserole, made with canned corn, ham, and two kinds of cheese, for a creamy and heavenly side.

  • 2cancorn,drained or 8 ears of corn, boiled
  • 8ozvelveeta,cubed
  • 4ozcream cheese,cubed
  • 3tbspbutter
  • 2tspgarlic,minced
  • lbham,(1 thick slice), cubed


  1. In a medium sized pan over medium heat, add corn, velveeta, cream cheese, butter and garlic. Stir until melted.

  2. Stir in ham.

  3. Serve in a casserole dish for a side dish or slow cooker to keep warm as a corn dip. Enjoy!
