Ingredients

  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10 1/2 oz
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 bag frozen cauliflower, 16 oz
  • 2 tsp butter, melted
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, stir milk, mustard, cauliflower, and one cup of cheese together.
  3. In another bowl, stir the other cup of cheese and butter together.
  4. Pour the cauliflower mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Pour the butter cheese mix on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve.
