How To Make Broccoli Cauliflower Casserole

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Add the steamed broccoli and cauliflower florets to the cheese mixture. Mix until evenly coated.
