  • 2tbspbutter,melted
  • 1lbfresh asparagus,trimmed
  • 2tbsponion,diced
  • 2tbspcelery,diced
  • 2tbspdry bread crumbs
  • 2tbspparmesan cheese,grated
  • ¼tspsalt
  • ¼tspground black pepper
  • ¼tspdried oregano
  • ¼tspground thyme
  • 2tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Coat a baking dish with melted butter and arrange asparagus in a single layer. Sprinkle the onion, celery, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme over asparagus; top with tomato slices.
