- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions

In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Add the zucchini slices and season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook until the zucchini is tender.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the zucchini mixture and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
