  • 1tbspvegetable oil
  • ½yellow onion
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspcoarse ground black pepper
  • 1lbground beef,(85/15)
  • 1clovegarlic,(minced)
  • 2tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 3tbspyellow mustard
  • hamburger dill pickles
  • 6plain hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Add the vegetable oil, ground beef, and onion to a large skillet on medium-high heat.

  2. Break the meat apart cooking for 6 to 8 minutes until the onions are translucent.

  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire, and mustard and stir well to combine.

  4. Serve on hamburger bun topped with pickles.
