Ingredients
- 1lbbeef,ground
- ½cuplong grain rice,cooked
- ÂĽcuponion,diced
- ½tspgarlic powder
- 2tbspparsley,fresh
- 1tbspWorcestershire sauce
- 1egg
For Tomato Sauce:
- 10ozcondensed tomato soup,(1 can), undiluted
- 1cupvegetable juice,such as V8
- 1cuptomato sauce
- ½tspgarlic powder
- ½tspItalian seasoning
- salt and pepper,to taste
- parsley,chopped, for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Â

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic powder, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into approximately 20 balls. Place in a baking dish, approximately 2 quarts.

Combine all ingredients for the sauce and pour over meatballs.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
