How To Make Cowboy Casserole
Serve a dish the whole family will love with this cowboy casserole. It’s cooked with corn and cream of mushroom topped with tater tots and cheese.

Ingredients
- ½lbground beef,(85/15)
- 1cupcorn
- ⅔cupcondensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded and divided
- ⅓cupwhole milk
- ¼cupsour cream
- 1tsponion powder
- ½tspblack pepper
- ½cupbacon,cooked and crumbled
- 32oztater tots
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until browned.

Add the corn, cream of mushroom soup, ½ cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, black pepper, and bacon to the skillet and mix well.

In a 9×13-inch pan, layer the beef, then the cheese. Finally, line up the tater tots before baking for 40 to 45 minutes uncovered.

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
